Wills in a Week℠ Program

Get your estate documents done

Access an attorney for questions

Keep costs relatively low

Avoid lots of meetings

Create a “simple will”

Our Wills in a Week℠  Program is great if you want to…

This program includes the drafting and signing of wills, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and HIPAA release forms. You’ll also create a joint revocable trust, a deed into a trust, a temporary delegation of parental powers (if you have children), and a declaration of homestead for a trust.

So far, we only do our Wills in a Week program for couples or individuals who do not have a taxable estate in Massachusetts (it must be under $2 million). You can determine if your estate has more than $2 million dollars by adding up the equity in your Massachusetts real estate, all your bank accounts, retirement accounts, investment accounts, and death benefits of life insurance policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you're married, we encourage both spouses to participate. However, we understand the difficulty of this for families with children who need attention. One spouse can commit to moving through the program, but both spouses must attend in-person to sign the documents.

How much access will I have to an attorney directly?

How long will I have access to the materials inside the course?

Do both spouses need to attend the program?

Can I move through this course at my own pace?

Unfortunately, yes. By law we need ink signatures in front of two witnesses and a notary. However, we make this very easy and convenient so it should only take 10-15 minutes and you can stay in your car to sign the paperwork.

You will have one live Q&A session with our founder, Julie, and you’ll be able to email her twice with questions. You can also schedule additional follow-up calls with Julie for a fee.

How much access will I have to an attorney directly?

You will have access to the materials for as long as we keep running the program. If we ever decide to shut it down, we will provide you with advance notice.
